When something doesn’t work#

The troubleshooting page covers the classic surprises: empty search results, template files that will not load, columns that vanish in conversion, IRIs that open a sign-in page, and validation errors about dates.

The 30-second orientation#

Everything in BattINFO is a spec (a reusable description: a material grade, a cell product, a test protocol) or an instance (a physical thing or event: this cell, this test run). You register specs once, point instances at them, and every saved record gets a permanent IRI you can print on a label or cite in a paper. The tutorials build this up properly.
