Tutorials#
Six notebooks, one story: understand the record model, describe a cell, record what happened in the lab, look under the semantic hood, go research-deep, and publish a real dataset end to end. Work through them in order the first time — each builds on the one before.
Tutorials are for learning: they take you somewhere, explaining as they go. When you already know the basics and just need to get a job done, use the how-to guides instead — short, task-shaped recipes.
Already have cycler data on disk? Start with Tutorial 6 — Publish your first dataset — raw export to citable dataset in five stages — then come back for the depth.
